Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for purchased items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days (two weeks) of delivery to be eligible for review.

To process a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • Order details and proof of purchase

After review, we will determine eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion and subject to product availability.

Replacement of damaged items is not guaranteed and is issued at the discretion of the shop owner.

Claims submitted after the 14-day period may not be considered.

Shipping Liability

Once orders are handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.

All shipping-related claims must be directed to the carrier. However, we are happy to assist customers in filing a claim when possible.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing after delivery confirmation.

Food & Consumable Products

For products classified as food or consumables (including honey and edible items):

  • We cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Products must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any concerns regarding contamination, spoilage, or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

For skincare, balms, soaps, and other personal care items:

  • Returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Replacement may be issued for products received damaged or defective upon verification.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or shipping issues.
