Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may increase during peak seasons, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Packaging & Product Handling

Our honey products are packaged with care using industry-standard protective materials designed to reduce the risk of breakage during transit.

However, due to the nature of glass packaging and natural settling of products:

  • We cannot guarantee against shifting, minor leakage, or cosmetic disturbance during shipping.

  • Minor surface residue from honey jars may occur as a result of transit vibration.

  • Small air gaps or crystallization are natural and not considered product damage.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks associated with shipping glass and natural products.


Shipping Risk & Liability

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • The carrier assumes responsibility for transit handling and delivery.

  • We are no longer liable for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during shipment.

All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

We may, at our discretion, assist customers in submitting a claim; however, resolution is determined by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Take clear photos of the box, internal packaging, and damaged items.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with documentation.

Replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion and subject to product availability.


Delivered But Not Received

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing must be addressed with the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Address errors

  • System interruptions

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Temperature Sensitivity

Honey and natural products may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

We are not responsible for:

  • Crystallization

  • Texture changes

  • Softening due to heat

  • Leakage caused by extreme temperature conditions

These are natural characteristics of raw products.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if shipping conditions, regulatory restrictions, or logistical risks make fulfillment impractical.
